Booking Conditions:

1. Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Management.
2. For booking terms and conditions please read the back page of the Menu Folder.
3. The party organiser must accept responsibility for booking and payment of any catering ordered. Please note the Club’s regulations and food safety standards do not allow you to supply your own catering/food and/or to take away prepared buffet food from the premises.
4. Any changes in numbers for catering should be conveyed at least 5 days prior to the event or full charges may apply (call 01642 465265 option 2).
5. Payment in full is required 5 days prior to the function’s date. Cheque payable to L A Crapper.
6. Visitors to Wilton Golf Club are required to conform to the Club’s dress code which is ‘smart casual’ for functions.
