Welcome to the home of Wilton Golf Club


Wilton Golf Club is rapidly developing a reputation for the best golfing day out in the area. The 18 hole golf course is set in parkland with an abundance of trees and shrubs which also makes for a pleasant walk.

We have spaces available for new members in all categories. There is no joining fee and our rates are competitive.  Go to our membership page for more details and an application form.

Our Latest News


On Sunday, 19th September, Wilton hosted the annual match against Cleveland and Saltburn golf clubs. Each team was made up of eight men and four women who played single stableford, with the points being added together.

Wilton had a convincing win beating Saltburn by 70 points with Cleveland third. The trophy was presented to John Buxton by the Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland, Councillor Carole Morgan. Thanks to all those who played.

In 2022, the event will be hosted by Cleveland Golf Club.


The Presentation Evening took place on September 25th. It was lovely to see the club full of members and their relatives and friends, enjoying themselves.

Many thanks to Gareth and Amanda Hold, the kitchen and bar staff for their hard work in providing a great BBQ and to James Kraus for organising the presentation.


Norman Buxton handed over the presidency to Maurice Downing at the Presentation Evening. Thanks to Norman for three successful years and good wishes to Maurice in his new role.


New members to Wilton Golf Club will be offered 18 months for the price of 12, beginning on November 1st 2021. Further details can be found in the Membership Section.


The TSU team finished fourth in Division 3, missing promotion by just 10 points. The Senior team finished third in Division 1.

The ladies team qualified for the White Rose League semi final/final. They played at Dore and Totley Golf Club, south of Sheffield, on September 6th, where they were beaten in the semi-final by Queensbury Golf Club.
